Emma Peel

I saw The Avengers movie on TV and it was wretchedly bad.
I heard they cut 45 minutes out of the theatrical version because it was too British.
A movie about British secret agents in Britain. British stuff might just sneak in there.
Maybe they should have set it in L.A. and cast Will Smith and Cameron Diaz. No! That was sarcasm.
The casting did not please me. Ralph Fiennes was adequate as John Steed, but Uma Thurman was wrong as Emma Peel.
Let's try some British.
For the role of Emma Peel, I think I'd like to see Felicity Waterman. It's not an obsession, Sigmund! I just think she's got the right look.
I'd like to see her as Modesty Blaise. Or maybe Barbarella. Or maybe Vampirella.
